These terms govern your use of brilashabeautybar.com, our services (mobile and studio), and our SMS program. By booking, paying, or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the services.

Who we are

Bri'Lasha Beauty Bar is a licensed beauty services business based in Atlanta, GA, offering mobile body sculpting, wood therapy, massage, permanent makeup (PMU), scalp micropigmentation (SMP), waxing, and steam services. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Bri'Lasha Beauty Bar.

Bookings & payments

• Appointments are booked through our website, the Acuity scheduling system, or Stripe payment links.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we don't store full card numbers.
• For mobile services within 50 miles of our Grayson, GA base, a flat $150 mobile fee applies. Outside 50 miles, we provide a custom quote.
• Prices, services, and availability may change; the version on the website at the time of booking applies.

Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee based on our then-current cancellation policy. Specific deposit and cancellation rules will be communicated at the time of booking.

Health & consent

Some services require a consultation, intake form, or health screening. You agree to provide accurate health information and to follow pre- and post-service instructions. Services are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for medical care. Tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities before your appointment.

Mobile service requirements

For mobile appointments, you agree to provide a clean, private, well-lit space with access to power, water (when needed), and reasonable parking. We reserve the right to decline or end a service if the location is unsafe or unsuitable.

SMS marketing program terms

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Bri'Lasha Beauty Bar at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and is approximately 4–8 messages per month. Msg & data rates may apply.

• Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• The program is intended for U.S. recipients only.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
