• Communications: messages you send via SMS, email, our chat assistant, or social DMs.
• Marketing opt-ins: phone number, email, and consent records (date/time and the disclosure you accepted).

We also collect basic technical info automatically — device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed — for site performance and security.

How we use your info

• To deliver your appointments and process payments
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
• To send marketing messages (only if you opted in)
• To respond to your questions and improve our services

SMS communications

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Bri'Lasha Beauty Bar, we collect your mobile phone number along with a record of your consent (date, time, IP address, and the consent language you accepted). We use your phone number solely to send the SMS messages you opted in to receive — promotional offers, deals, new service launches, and (where applicable) appointment-related communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile data is shared only with subprocessors required to deliver the messages — for example, our SMS platform Twilio.

We only share your information with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it to do their job. These include:
