How does referral tracking work?
Each partner gets a unique discount code (e.g., your business name + a number, like "BURGUNDY15"). The client enters it when they text Bri to book, and she logs it. Monthly, she reconciles the bookings against codes and Cash Apps you your share with a one-line receipt.
When do I get paid?
Referral and co-marketing partners are paid on the 5th of every month via Cash App, for the prior month's completed bookings. Booth rental fees are paid by Bri to the partner shop weekly, in advance.
Is there a minimum commitment or exclusivity?
No. You're not locked in. You can refer other practitioners. Either party can end the partnership with 30 days written notice (text or email is fine).
Can I advertise these services on my own menu?
Yes, with two notes: (1) the service must be clearly attributed to Bri'Lasha (e.g., "SMP by Bri'Lasha, by appointment"), and (2) Bri's pricing is non-negotiable. She'll provide marketing copy and photos you can use.
What if a client wants a service Bri doesn't offer?
She'll tell them honestly and refer them out if she knows someone better-suited. You won't get a commission on that referral, but you'll have done right by your client — which is the whole point.
Where does Bri travel for booth rental?
Within 50 miles of Grayson, GA, no additional travel fee. Beyond 50 miles is quoted case-by-case. She's based in metro Atlanta and travels to NW, SE, and South Atlanta regularly.
Who's insured for the procedure?
Bri'Lasha carries her own professional liability insurance for SMP, PMU, and body work. She can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. Your business's general liability typically still applies for the physical space.
