Signature Sculpt
Bri'Lasha's flagship session. Full-body or focused work combining all the wood-therapy techniques — rolling, contouring, and vacuum cupping — tuned to your goal.
Book →An ancient Colombian sculpting technique paired with deep massage. Hand-carved wooden tools shape, smooth, and tighten — no needles, no downtime, just visible results across a series.
About Wood Therapy
Wood therapy (also called maderoterapia) is a non-invasive sculpting technique originating in Colombia. Bri'Lasha uses a set of hand-carved wooden instruments — rolling pins, cups, contour boards, and vacuum tools — to break up fibrous tissue, smooth cellulite, and shape stubborn areas the gym alone can't reach.
Sessions stack: most clients book a 2–8 session series depending on goals and starting point. Bri'Lasha recommends the right count during your first session. Maintenance after the series keeps results locked in.
It's not a weight-loss treatment. It's a contour and circulation treatment — you'll see inches lost and smoother lines, with the scale often staying the same.

Aftercare
Wood therapy mobilizes fluid and broken-down tissue. The first 48 hours after a session are where most of the work actually finishes — with your help.
FAQ
Most clients book a series of 2–8 sessions depending on goals and starting point. Bri'Lasha tailors the recommended count to your body and target during your first session. After the series, monthly maintenance holds the result.
Results last with maintenance — typically a monthly session after the initial series. Without maintenance, the body gradually resets over 6–12 months.
Pressure is firm and you may feel intense sensation, especially over dense or fibrous areas. Mild bruising and tenderness for 24–72 hours after is normal and a sign the work is doing its job.
Wood therapy is a sculpting and circulation treatment, not a weight-loss treatment. Inches lost vary by body part — denser, smaller areas (arms, inner thighs) typically show less per session, while larger areas (abdomen, hips, glutes) can show more visible change. You'll see smoother contours and shaping; the scale may not change much.
Pregnant clients, anyone on blood thinners, anyone with active varicose veins in the treatment area, recent surgery within 6 weeks, or active skin infection in the area.
Yes — many clients alternate weeks between wood therapy and body contouring for compound results. Ask Bri'Lasha about combo packaging.
