Every body holds tension differently. Bri'Lasha starts each session with a brief intake — what's hurting, what's been intense, what you want to feel by the end — then customizes pressure, technique, and focus areas to match.
Whether you need deep, focused work on a chronically tight back, a gentle pregnancy session, or rhythmic lymphatic drainage after a procedure, every session is built for you.

60 minutes of custom massage. Bri'Lasha checks in for pressure but otherwise lets you sink in. (20 min reset between clients.)

Aftercare
Massage continues to work for hours after the session. A little intentional care helps your body get the most from it.
FAQ
Undress to your comfort level. You're always fully draped — only the area being worked on is exposed at any given moment.
Bri'Lasha will check in. If you feel anything close to "ow" rather than "ahhh," speak up — the right pressure is the one that lets your body release, not the one that fights it.
For stress and tension: every 2–4 weeks. For active recovery from training: weekly. For post-procedure lymphatic drainage: as advised by your provider, typically a series.
Yes — after the first trimester and with a healthy pregnancy. Bri'Lasha uses side-lying positioning with bolsters to keep you safe and comfortable throughout.
Lymphatic drainage uses very light, rhythmic pressure to move lymph fluid (your body's drainage system). Regular massage uses deeper pressure to work muscle and fascia. Different tools for different jobs.
Anytime you feel clean enough is fine. Showering after is often the best part.
