01 Payment is due at booking.
Payment is required to confirm your appointment time. There is a 5-minute window from time selection to complete payment.
- If payment is not received within 5 minutes, the time slot is released and becomes available to the next inquiring client
- Time slots are not held pending a decision
- If a slot has already been released, the studio is unable to restore it

02 All payments are non-refundable.
Once payment is processed, it is non-refundable. If your plans change, your appointment can be rescheduled to another available date — no monetary refunds are issued.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts
- Rescheduling is subject to availability on the studio calendar
- No-shows result in full forfeiture of payment

03 Book the correct service.
Please review every service description carefully before booking. Booking the incorrect service results in automatic cancellation; payment is forfeited.
- All service descriptions must be read before booking
- If you have any questions before booking, the $50 consultation is recommended (credited toward your service if booked within 7 days)
- Additional services cannot be added at the appointment — please book everything you'd like up front
- For mobile appointments: submit address, full name, service, and preferred date/time at booking. Confirmation continues by text.

04 Appointments end on time.
All appointments end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of arrival time. Late arrivals shorten your service window — they do not extend the appointment.
- 15-minute late arrival = service still concludes at the original end time
- External delays (other beauty appointments, traffic, etc.) do not extend the appointment
- Arrivals 60+ minutes late are subject to studio discretion regarding service; payment remains non-refundable
- Repeated tardiness may result in declined future bookings

05 Schedule this appointment first.
If you have other beauty appointments the same day, your Bri'Lasha Beauty Bar appointment must be scheduled FIRST.
- Same-day hair, nail, lash, or other beauty appointments must be scheduled AFTER your Bri'Lasha appointment
- Delays caused by other appointments are not grounds for rescheduling
- Missed appointments due to other beauty services result in payment forfeiture; reschedule to next available date

06 Mobile is women only.
Mobile (in-home or hotel) appointments are available under specific conditions only. Addresses are not published. Address details are exchanged via text after the booking is confirmed and paid.
- Women only. No exceptions.
- To request mobile: text 678-400-3676 with address, full name, service requested, and preferred date/time
- Last-minute, same-day mobile squeeze-ins incur an additional $100 surcharge
- Once payment is confirmed, address coordination continues by text

07 Rescheduling has a window.
If you need to reschedule, it must be done by 5:00 PM the day before your appointment.
- Reschedules submitted by 5 PM the day before are honored, subject to availability
- Same-day reschedules to another time later that day require a reschedule fee
- No-call, no-show = full forfeiture of payment. No refunds, no exceptions.
- Any cancellation made the day of the appointment forfeits the full payment

08 Arrival protocol.
The studio runs by appointment only with brief turnover between clients. Please follow the arrival protocol exactly.
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time — no earlier
- Text 678-400-3676 upon arrival. You will receive instructions on when to come up.
- Do not walk in on the phone. Phones must be off the ear when entering.
- Studio location is provided in the booking confirmation after payment is complete
