Body Contouring

Non-invasive sculpting technology to reduce stubborn fat, tighten loose skin, and smooth silhouettes. Targeted, precise, and visible — without the surgery.

About Body Contouring

Targeted tech. No downtime.

Body contouring combines ultrasonic cavitation, radio frequency skin tightening, and vacuum therapy to break down fat cells, stimulate collagen, and move lymphatic fluid — all in a single session.

It's not a replacement for diet and exercise. It's a sculpting tool that accelerates the results of both. Depending on what you want your body to be, sessions can range from 1 to 10 — Bri'Lasha recommends the right count after assessing your goals at your first session.

No anesthesia, no needles, no recovery period. Walk in. Walk out. Drink water.

What to expect

The Bri'Lasha body contouring process.

Step 1

Consult

Quick intake plus measurements baseline so we can see the progress as the series moves.

Step 2

Cavitation

Ultrasound waves break down fat cells in the target area — warm, deep, pain-free.

Step 3

RF tightening

Radio frequency heats the dermis, stimulating collagen for tighter, smoother skin.

Step 4

Lymphatic finish

Manual drainage to flush released fat through the body's natural waste system.

Aftercare

What to do at home.

The work continues for 48–72 hours after the session as your body processes the released fat. Following the aftercare protocol is what turns one session into real results.

  1. Drink 80+ oz of water for 48 hours post-session.
  2. Avoid alcohol for 72 hours — it stalls fat metabolism.
  3. Light cardio (walking, biking) within 24 hours helps your body process released fat.
  4. Low-sodium, low-sugar food for 24 hours pre and post.
  5. Book sessions 7–10 days apart for best results.
  6. Plan a series of 1–10 sessions depending on your goals; Bri'Lasha will guide you on the right count.
  7. Monthly maintenance after the initial series locks in your final shape.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is body contouring permanent?

Fat cells that are broken down don't come back. But new fat can be stored in remaining cells, so results last as long as you maintain reasonable diet, hydration, and movement.

How is this different from liposuction?

No surgery, no anesthesia, no downtime. Body contouring is less dramatic per session than lipo but significantly less expensive, with no recovery period and lower risk.

Does it hurt?

Most clients describe it as warm, with a deep humming sensation during cavitation. RF feels like a heated massage. Not painful.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on what you want your body to be. Sessions range from 1 to 10 — some clients want a single tune-up before an event, others book a full transformation series. Bri'Lasha recommends the right count for your goals at your first session, with sessions typically spaced 7–10 days apart.

Who should NOT do body contouring?

Pregnant or nursing clients, anyone with a pacemaker, anyone with metal implants in the treatment area, anyone with active liver or kidney conditions, anyone on Accutane.

Can I work out the same day?

Yes — light cardio is encouraged. Avoid heavy weights or HIIT for 24 hours so your body can focus on processing the released fat.
